Reporting Issues via the Main Menu
To report an issue with Burro Grande, navigate to the main menu and touch the icon circled in red in the image below. Prompt reporting of issues is essential as it helps our engineering teams gather critical information, including:- Burro unit number
- Timestamp of when the incident occurred
- GPS coordinates of the incident location

For serious issues, select “Yes” when prompted if you require immediate assistance. A member of the Burro team will reach out to you for follow-up.
