Identification

Each BURRO Grande unit is assigned a unique ID number, which can be found in multiple locations on the device. Specifically, the unit ID number or serial number (S/N) is located on a metal nameplate mounted above the screen.

The nameplate includes:

• Unit ID Number: A unique identifier for your BURRO Grande.
• QR Code: A scannable code that links to the unit’s designated support and metrics page for easy access to relevant information.
