Detach the Cortador Deck

To detach the mower deck from the Grande follow the steps below:

1. Turn the Breaker Switch

   Turn the breaker switch (pictured below) toward the left.

2. Unplug the connectors

   Unplug the Red & Black Anderson connector cable on the top left. You’ll also find another ‘CAN’ connector on the right side of the Grande.

3. Support the Cortador deck

   Add wooden blocks under the front and rear side walls of the deck to support the deck.

   
4. Remove the cotter pins

   Remove the cotter pins on the mounting mechanism connecting the Cortador to the Grande. You may need to adjust the height of the deck using the turnbuckles to release any tension from the pins so they can slide out easily.

   
5. Move the Grande

   Once the pins are off, you can m ove the Grande forward to detach the deck from the Grande.

Attach the Cortador Deck

To attach the mower deck from the Grande follow the steps below:

1. Support the Cortador deck

   Make sure the deck is supported by wooden blocks under the front and rear side walls of the deck. This wil make it easier to align the deck with the brackets on the Grande

2. Align the Grande with the brackets on the mower

   Move the Grande to align the brackets on the Grande with the holes on the mower deck. Try to align the Grande as close to the deck as possible.

3. Drive the Grande back

   Back up the Grande so the brackets on the deck fit around the brackets on the Grande.

4. Align the holes

   You may need to adjust the height of the deck using the turnbuckles to release any tension from the pins so they can slide out easily.

5. Insert the cotter pins

   Once aligned, insert the cotter pins on the mounting mechanism connecting the Cortador to the Grande. Lock them using the provided clips.

6. Plug in the connectors

   Plug in the Red & Black Anderson connector cable on the top left. You’ll also find another ‘CAN’ connector on the right side of the Grande that needs to be plugged in.

7. Turn the breaker ON

   Turn the breaker switch ON, to enable the communication to the mower motors.
