Disengage power

The emergency stop method is helpful for sending a stop command to the mower blades. However, it is critical to ensure that the motors are completely disconnected before you start inspecting them or working on them for any maintenance related tasks.

Once Cortador is stationary, you can take the following steps to physically disconnect power to the mower deck for added security:

1. Turn the Breaker Switch

   Turn the breaker switch (pictured below) toward the left.

2. Unplug Anderson Connector

   Alternatively, you can unplug the Red & Black Anderson connector cables on the top left.

Once these steps are completed, the mower blades are now physically disconnected and safe to work on. They cannot be turned on unless the anderson connector and the breaker switch are physically connected again.
